Lo, I have told you. 8 And they went out quickly from the sepulcher, with fear and great joy, and ran to tell his disciples.

Mark 16:1-8

1 And when the sabbath had passed, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him. 2 And very early, on the first day of the week, when the sun had risen, they came to the sepulcher. 3 And they said among themselves: Who will roll away the stone for us from the door of the sepulcher? 4 for it was very great. And looking up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away. 5 And they entered the sepulcher, and saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a white robe: and they were frightened. 6 But he said to them: Be not frightened; you seek Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen; he is not here: see the place where they laid him. 7 But go, tell his disciples, and Peter, that he goes before you into Galilee; there you shall see him, as he told you. 8 And they went out, and fled from the sepulcher; for trembling and astonishment seized upon them. And they said nothing to any one, for they were afraid.

Luke 8:2-3

2 and also certain women that had been cured of evil spirits and diseases; Mary, called Magdalene, out of whom had gone seven demons, 3 and Joanna, the wife of Chuza, Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others, who ministered to him from their means.

Luke 23:55-56

55 And the women that had come with him from Galilee followed after and saw the sepulcher, and how his body was laid. 56 And they returned, and prepared spices and ointment; and they rested on the sabbath, according to the commandment.

John 20:1-2
