Jeremiah 17:1 Cross References - ASV

¹ The sin of Judah is written with a pen of iron, [and] with the point of a diamond: it is graven upon the tablet of their heart, and upon the horns of your altars;

¹⁷ and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle it seven times before Jehovah, before the veil. ¹⁸ And he shall put of the blood upon the horns of the altar which is before Jehovah, that is in the tent of meeting; and all the blood shall he pour out at the base of the altar of burnt-offering, which is at the door of the tent of meeting.

²⁵ And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin-offering with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt-offering; and the blood thereof shall he pour out at the base of the altar of burnt-offering.

²³ Oh that my words were now written!
Oh that they were inscribed in a book! ²⁴ That with an iron pen and lead
They were graven in the rock for ever!

³ Let not kindness and truth forsake thee:
Bind them about thy neck;
Write them upon the tablet of thy heart:

³ Bind them upon thy fingers;
Write them upon the tablet of thy heart.

¹¹ Is Gilead iniquity? they are altogether false; in Gilgal they sacrifice bullocks; yea, their altars are as heaps in the furrows of the field.

³ being made manifest that ye are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in tables [that are] hearts of flesh.
