Luke 8:29-33 For He was commanding the unclean spirit to come out from the man; for many times had it seized him, and he was bound with chains and fetters, kept under guard; and, bursting the bonds, he was driven by the demon into the deserts.

And he said, "Legion," (because many demons entered into him). ³¹ And they were entreating Him, that He would not command them to go away into the abyss. ³² And there was there a herd of many swine in the mountains; and they besought Him that He would permit them to enter into them. And He permitted them. ³³ And the demons, going out from the man, entered into the swine, and the herd rushed down the steep into the lake, and were drowned.
