VIN⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁴ Risen—in darkness, is light to the upright, The gracious and compassionate and righteous. ⁵ Well will it be with the man who is kind, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with justice. ⁶ For he will never be shaken. The righteous will be remembered forever. ⁷ He will not be afraid of evil news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD. ⁸ His heart is secure, he has no fears; in the end he will look in triumph on his adversaries. ⁹ He has scattered abroad; he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures forever; his horn shall be lifted up with honor.
