Zechariah 3:4-5 Then the Lord addressing them who stood before him, spoke, saying, Take away from him those filthy garments; and to him he said, Behold I have taken away thy transgressions and clothe ye him with a flowing robe

And when they had put a clean mitre on his head and clothed him, then the angel of the Lord stood up.
