32 When the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering wood on the sabbath day.
33 And they who found him gathering wood on the sabbath day, brought him before Moses and Aaron, and the whole congregation of the children of Israel;
34 and they committed him to custody, for it had not been determined what should be done to him.
35 Whereupon the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, Let the man be put to death. Let all the congregation stone him with stones.
