Thomson⁽ⁱ⁾ ³³ Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad, and its fruit bad. For the tree is known by its fruit ³⁴ Brood of vipers! how can you who are evil speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. ³⁵ The good man out of the good treasure of his heart produceth good things; and the bad man, out of his bad treasure produceth bad things.
