14 And, having said this, she turneth about and seeth Jesus standing, but did not know that it is Jesus.
15 Jesus saith to her, Woman, why weepest thou? Whom art thou seeking? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith to him, Sir, if thou hast taken him up; tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.
16 Jesus saith to her, Mary! She turning saith to him, Rabboni, that is to say, Teacher.
17 Jesus saith to her, Cling not to me, for I have not yet ascended to my Father: But go to my brethren and tell them, I am about to ascend to my Father and to your Father, and to my God and your God.
18 Mary Magdalene cometh and telleth the disciples that she hath seen the Lord, and that he spoke these things to her.
19 In the evening, on that same day, the first day of the week, the doors where the disciples assembled being shut for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and saith to them, "Peace be to you."
20 And having said this, he shewed them his hands and his side, and the disciples were rejoiced at seeing the Lord.
