11 and Asa cried to the Lord his God, and said, Lord, it is nothing with thee to save with many or with few. Strengthen us, O Lord our God; for on thee is our reliance; and in thy name we are come against this great multitude. Lord our God, let not man prevail against thee.
12 So the Lord smote the Ethiopeans before Juda. And the Ethiopeans fled,
13 and Asa and his people pursued them as far as Gedor. And the Ethiopeans fell so that they could not recover themselves; for they were trampled down before the Lord, and before his army. And when they had taken immense spoils,
14 and smitten the towns about Gedor [for the terror of the Lord was upon them] and had rifled all their cities [for there was much plunder in them]
