Thomson⁽ⁱ⁾ ²¹ Then she said, I pray thee, let Abisag, the Somanite, be given to thy brother Adonias for a wife. ²² Whereupon king Solomon in reply to his mother, said, But why hast thou asked Abisag for Adonias?
