Riverside(i)
Through him we obtained entrance into this grace in which we stand and exult in hope of the glory of God.
Not only so, but we also exult in trials, knowing that trial develops endurance,
and endurance develops a tested character, and a tested character develops hope,
and hope does not disappoint, for the love of God has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit granted to us.
For while we were still without strength Christ, at the due time, died for the unrighteous.
Hardly for a righteous man will any one die. For a good man some one perhaps may dare to die.
But God shows his own love to us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.
Much more then, now that we have been pronounced righteous through his blood, shall we be saved from wrath by him.
For if while enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.
And not only so, but we exult in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now obtained the reconciliation.
