Genesis 46:1-7

NHEB(i) 1 So Israel set out with all that he had and came to Beersheba, and offered sacrifices to the God of his father Isaac. 2 And God spoke to Israel in a vision at night, and said, "Jacob, Jacob." And he said, "Here I am." 3 He said, "I am God, the God of your father. Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for there I will make you into a great nation. 4 I will go down with you into Egypt, and I myself will surely bring you up again, and Joseph will close your eyes." 5 Then Jacob rose up from Beersheba, and the sons of Israel carried their father Jacob, and their little ones, and their wives on the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him. 6 So they took their livestock and their possessions which they had aquired in the land of Canaan, and arrived in Egypt, Jacob and all his descendants with him, 7 his sons, and his sonsʼ sons with him, his daughters, and his sonsʼ daughters, and he brought all his descendants with him to Egypt.
