11 No one who believes in him, the scripture says, will ever be disappointed. No one —
12 for there is no distinction of Jew and Greek, the same Lord is Lord of them all, with ample for all who invoke him.
13 Everyone who invokes the name of the Lord shall be saved.
14 But how are they to invoke One in whom they do not believe? And how are they to believe in One of whom they have never heard? And how are they ever to hear, without a preacher?
15 And how can men preach unless they are sent? — as it is written, How pleasant is the coming of men with glad, good news!
16 But they have not all given in to the gospel of glad news? No, Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed what they heard from us?
