Revelation 5:2-9

Matthew(i) 2 And I sawe a stronge angel, which cryed wyth a loude voyce: Who is worthy to open the boke, and to lose the seales therof? 3 And no man in heauen nor in earth, neyther vnder the earth, was able to open the boke, neyther to loke theron. 4 And I wepte muche, because no man was founde worthy to open and to reade the boke, neyther to loke theron. 5 And one of the elders sayd vnto me: wepe not: beholde a Lyon beinge of the tribe of Iuda, the rote of Dauid, hath obtayned to open the boke, and to lowse the .vij. seales therof. 6 And I behelde, and lo, in the middes of the seate, and of the .iiij. beastes, and in the myddes of the elders, stode a lambe as though he had bene kylled, whyche had .vij. hornes and .vij. eyes, which are the spirites of God, sente into all the worlde. 7 And he came and toke the boke out of the ryght hand of him that sate vpon the seate. 8 And when he had taken the boke, the .iiij. beastes, and .xxiiij. elders fel doune before the lambe, hauinge harpes and golden vialles full of odoures, whyche are the prayers of saynctes, 9 and they songe a new songe saiyng: thou art worthy to take the boke, and to open the seales therof: for thou wast kylled, & hast redemed vs by thy bloud out of al kynredes, and tonges, and people, and nacions
