Mace⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁸ And a second angel followed, saying, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, because she has made all nations drink of the deadly wine of her fornication." ⁹ And a third angel followed them, crying with a loud voice, "if any man worship the beast, or his image, or receive his mark on his forehead, or in his hand, ¹⁰ he shall drink of the wine of the divine vengeance, the strongest wine that can be poured out of the cup of his indignation; He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone, in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the lamb: ¹¹ the smoke of their torment shall ascend for ever and ever: they who worship the beast or his image, they who receive the mark of his name, shall have no rest either day or night." ¹² here is the patience of the saints, who keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
