47 Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward him and says concerning him,
Behold, an Israelite in whom there truly is no treachery!
48 Nathanael says to him, From where do you know me?
Jesus answered and said to him,
Before Philip summoned you, I saw you being under the fig tree.
