MLV(i)
One out of the two who heard this from John was Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother and he followed him.
This one finds first his own brother Simon and says to him, We have found the Messiah (which is, after being translated, The Christ).
And he led him toward Jesus. Jesus looked at him and said, You are Simon, the Son of Jonah, you will be called Cephas, which is by translation, a Pebble.
On the next-day, he wished to go out into Galilee, and he finds Philip, and Jesus says to him, Follow me.
Now Philip was from Bethsaida, from the city of Andrew and Peter.
