MLV(i)
4 Abide in me and I in you. Just-as the branch is not able to bring forth fruit from itself, if it does not abide in the vine; so neither can you if you do not abide in me.
5 I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me and I in him, this one is bringing forth much fruit, because you are not able to do anything separate from me.
6 If anyone is not abiding in me, he was cast outside like a branch and was dried up, and they gather them and cast them into the fire and it is burned.
