21 Therefore is the law against the promises of God? Let it not happen! For if a law was given which is able to give-life, righteousness really would have been from the law.
22 But the Scriptures locked up together all things under sin, in order that the promise which comes from the faith of Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
23 But before the faith came, we were being kept under the law, having been locked up together to the faith which was about to be revealed. 24 So-that the law has become our tutor to bring us to Christ, in order that we might be made righteous from the faith.
