John 17:6-11 I have made your name known to the men whom you gave me out of the world; they were yours and you gave them to me; and they have kept thy word.

Lamsa⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁶ I have made your name known to the men whom you gave me out of the world; they were yours and you gave them to me; and they have kept thy word. ⁷ Now they know that whatever you have given me is from you. ⁸ For the words which you gave me I gave them; and they accepted them, and have known truly that I came forth from you, and they have believed that you sent me. ⁹ What I request is for them; I make no request for the world, but for those whom you have given to me; because they are yours. ¹⁰ And everything which is mine, is yours; and what is yours is mine; and I am glorified by them. ¹¹ Hereafter I am not in the world, but these are in the world; and I am coming to you. O holy Father, protect them in your name, which you have given me, that they may be one, even as we are.
