Deuteronomy 20:1-4 When you go out to battle against your enemies, and see horses and chariots, a people more than you, you shall not be afraid of them. For Jehovah your God is with you, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt.

For Jehovah your God is with you, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. ² And it shall be, when you draw near to battle, the priest shall come and speak to the people, ³ and say to them. Hear, Israel, you are drawing near today to battle against your enemies. Do not let your heart be faint; do not fear nor tremble, nor be terrified before their faces. ⁴ For Jehovah your God is He who is going before you, to fight for you with your enemies, to save you.
