John 6:9-13

Haweis(i) 9 There is a little lad here, who hath five barley-loaves, and two small fishes: but these, what are they among so many? 10 Then said Jesus, Make the men sit down. For there was plenty of grass on the spot. Therefore the men sat down, in number about five thousand. 11 And Jesus took the loaves; and giving thanks, gave to the disciples, and the disciples to those who were sat down; and in the same manner of the fishes, as much as they chose. 12 And when they had made a hearty meal, he saith to his disciples, Gather up the broken bits which are left, that not a morsel be wasted. 13 Then they collected them, and filled twelve baskets with fragments out of the five barley-loaves, which were more than enough for those who had eaten.
