34 the owner of the pyt shall make it good, and geue money vnto theyr master, and the dead beast shalbe hys.
35 If one mans oxe hurte another that he dye: then they shall sell the lyue oxe and deuyde the money, and the deed oxe also they shall deuyde.
36 Or yf it be knowen that the oxe hath vsed to pusshe in tymes past, and hys master hath not kepte him, he shall paye oxe for oxe, and the deed shalbe his awne.
