Do the people gather the grape-bunches from thorns, or figs from thistles? ¹⁷ So every good tree produces good fruits; and a corrupt tree produces evil fruits. ¹⁸ A good tree is not able to produce evil fruits, neither is a corrupt tree able to produce beautiful fruits.
