2 for your arrows penetrate me and your hand penetrates me.
3 There is neither integrity in my flesh at the face of your rage; nor any shalom in my bones at the face of my sin.
4 For my perversities pass over my head; as a heavy burden, too heavy for me:
5 my wounds stink and dissolve at the face of my folly:
6 I bend; I prostrate mightily; I go darkened all the day long:
7 for my flanks are filled with scorching - no soundness in my flesh.
8 I am exhausted and mighty crushed; I roar from the growling of my heart:
