41 Behold, a people come from the north even a great goyim, and many sovereigns waken from the flanks of the earth:
42 they hold the bow and the dart; they are cruel, and mercy not: their voice roars as the sea and they ride on horses - lined up against you, O daughter of Babel, as a man to the war.
43 The sovereign of Babel hears their report and he slackens his hands: tribulation takes hold of him and pangs as in birthing.
