1 O El of avenging, Yahweh, El of avenging, shine forth!"
2 Lift Yourself up, O Judge of the earth; Turn back a requital upon the proud."
3 How long shall the wicked, O Yahweh, How long shall the wicked be joyous,
4 Shall they utter, shall they speak with impertinence, Shall they vaunt themselves, All these contrivers of lawlessness?
5 They crush Your people, O Yahweh, And they humble Your allotment."
6 They kill the widow and the sojourner, And they murder the orphans."
7 They say, Yah is not seeing, And the Elohim of Jacob is not understanding."
