25 Who has divided off a trench for overflowing rains And set a pathway for the perceptible portents of thunderclaps,
26 To bring rain on a land where no man is, A wilderness with no human it it,
27 To satisfy areas of ruination and wasteness, And to cause verdure to sprout from the arid place?
