Remember that you should extol His deeds, Of which men have sung.
All humanity have perceived it; A mortal, he looks from afar.
Behold, El is so great we cannot know it, And the number of His years cannot be investigated.
For He condenses the drops of water That filter as rain for His mist,
That exude from the skies And drip down on humanity as showers.
Indeed, can one understand the spreading, thick clouds, The thunderous tumults from His booth?
Behold, He spreads His mist over it, And covers the roots of the sea.
For with them He gives sustenance to the peoples; He gives food in abundance.
He covers His palms with lightning And instructs it with sure aim.
His thunder tells about it, The cattle, also, about what is coming up.
