26 Have you not heard from afar that it was made by Me? From days aforetime also, I formed it. Now will I bring it, and coming are you to cause tumult, to besieged mounds, defended cities."
27 And their dwellers are shorthanded; they are dismayed and ashamed. They become herbage of the field and green verdure, grass of the housetops, and blasted before raised."
