16 and the glory of Yahweh tabernacled over Mount Sinai. The cloud covered it six days. Then Yahweh called to Moses on the seventh day from the midst of the cloud.
17 Now the appearance of the glory of Yahweh was as a devouring fire on the summit of the mountain, to the eyes of the sons of Israel.
18 So Moses entered into the midst of the cloud and ascended into the mountain. Moses came to be on the mountain forty days and forty nights.
