2 Kings 24:3-4

CLV^{(i) 3} only, by the command of Yahweh it has been against Judah to turn [them] aside from His presence, for the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he did, ⁴ and also the innocent blood that he has shed, and he fills Jerusalem with innocent blood, and Yahweh was not willing to forgive.
