Bishops⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹⁰ Then Amazia the priest of Bethel sent to Ieroboam king of Israel, saying: Amos hath conspired against thee in the mids of the house of Israel: the lande is not able to beare all his wordes ¹¹ For thus Amos sayth: Ieroboam shal die by the sworde, and Israel shalbe led away captiue out of their owne lande ¹² Also Amazia sayde to Amos, O thou the sear, Go, flee thou away into the lande of Iuda, and there eate thy bread, and prophecie there ¹³ But prophecie no more at Bethel: for it is the kinges chappell, & it is the kinges court
