BLB⁽ⁱ⁾ ²⁸ For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first, having sat down, count the cost, whether he has enough for its completion? ²⁹ Otherwise, he having laid its foundation and not being able to finish, all seeing it may begin to mock him, ³⁰ saying, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish.’
