BLB⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹⁴ But Peter, having stood up with the eleven, lifted up his voice and spoke forth to them: “Men of Judea and all those inhabiting Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and give heed to my words. ¹⁵ For these are not drunkards as you suppose, for it is the third hour of the day. ¹⁶ But this is that having been spoken by the prophet Joel: ¹⁷ ‘And it will be in the last days, God says, I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters will prophesy, and your young men will see visions, and your elders will dream dreams. ¹⁸ And even upon My servants, and upon My handmaidens, I will pour out of My Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.
