26 Ἐὰν (If) οὖν (therefore) εἴπωσιν (they say) ὑμῖν (to you), ‘Ἰδοὺ (Behold), ἐν (in) τῇ (the) ἐρήμῳ (wilderness) ἐστίν (He is),’ μὴ (not) ἐξέλθητε (go forth); Ἰδοὺ (
or ‘Behold), ἐν (in) τοῖς (the) ταμείοις (inner rooms),’ μὴ (not) πιστεύσητε (believe
it).
