Matthew 12:1 Ἐν (At) ἐκείνῳ (that) τῷ (-) καιρῷ (time) ἐπορεύθη (went) ὁ (-) Ἰησοῦς (Jesus) τοῖς (on the) σάββασιν (Sabbaths) διὰ (through) τῶν (the) σπορίμων (grainfields), οἱ (-) δὲ (and) μαθηταὶ (the disciples) αὐτοῦ (of Him) ἐπείνασαν (were hungry), καὶ (and) ἤρξαντο (they began) τίλλειν (to pluck the) στάχυας (heads of grain) καὶ (and) ἐσθίειν (to eat).
