4 “Τίς (What) ἄνθρωπος (man) ἐξ (of) ὑμῶν (you), ἔχων (having) ἑκατὸν (a hundred) πρόβατα (sheep), καὶ (and) ἀπολέσας (having lost) ἐξ (of) αὐτῶν (them) ἓν (one), οὐ (not) καταλείπει (leaves) τὰ (the) ἐνενήκοντα (ninety) ἐννέα (nine) ἐν (in) τῇ (the) ἐρήμῳ (open field), καὶ (and) πορεύεται (goes) ἐπὶ (after) τὸ (the one) ἀπολωλὸς (having been lost), ἕως (until) εὕρῃ (he finds) αὐτό (it)?
5 καὶ (And) εὑρὼν (having found it), ἐπιτίθησιν (he lays it) ἐπὶ (on) τοὺς (the) ὤμους (shoulders) αὐτοῦ (of him), χαίρων (rejoicing).
