58 Εἶπεν (Said) αὐτοῖς (to them) Ἰησοῦς (Jesus), “Ἀμὴν (Truly), ἀμὴν (truly), λέγω (I say) ὑμῖν (to you), πρὶν (before) Ἀβραὰμ (Abraham) γενέσθαι (was), ἐγὼ (I) εἰμί (am).”
59 Ἦραν (They took up) οὖν (therefore) λίθους (stones), ἵνα (that) βάλωσιν (they might cast) ἐπ’ (at) αὐτόν (Him); Ἰησοῦς (Jesus) δὲ (however) ἐκρύβη (hid Himself), καὶ (and) ἐξῆλθεν (went forth) ἐκ (out of) τοῦ (the) ἱεροῦ (temple).
