John 5:33-35 Ὑμεῖς (You) ἀπεστάλκατε (have sent) πρὸς (unto) Ἰωάννην (John) καὶ (and) μεμαρτύρηκεν (he has borne witness) τῇ (to the) ἀληθείᾳ (truth).

BIB⁽ⁱ⁾ ³³ Ὑμεῖς (You) ἀπεστάλκατε (have sent) πρὸς (unto) Ἰωάννην (John) καὶ (and) μεμαρτύρηκεν (he has borne witness) τῇ (to the) ἀληθείᾳ (truth). ³⁴ ἐγὼ (I) δὲ (now) οὐ (not) παρὰ (from) ἀνθρώπου (man) τὴν (the) μαρτυρίαν (testimony) λαμβάνω (receive), ἀλλὰ (but) ταῦτα (these things) λέγω (I say) ἵνα (that) ὑμεῖς (you) σωθῆτε (may be saved). ³⁵ Ἐκεῖνος (He) ἦν (was) ὁ (the) λύχνος (lamp) ὁ (-) καιόμενος (burning) καὶ (and) φαίνων (shining); ὑμεῖς (you) δὲ (now) ἠθελήσατε (were willing) ἀγαλλιαθῆναι (to rejoice) πρὸς (for) ὥραν (a season) ἐν (in) τῷ (the) φωτὶ (light) αὐτοῦ (of him).
