Inschr. 70); — Plural פָּרָשִׁים (erroneous for * פְּרָשִׁים ii. 1, 89) Ezek 27:14 +, suffix פָּרָשָׁיו Isa 28:28; 1Sam 8:11steeds Ezek 27:14 ( + סוּסִים, פְּרָדִים), from Togarmah; simile of swiftness Joel 2:4 (|| סוּסִים); probably also Isa 28:28; Jer 46:4 (|| סוּסִים, compare Gf Gie), and perhaps ׳וְשָׂם לוֺ בְּמֶרְכַבְחוֺ וּבָעָרָשָׁיו וְרָצוּ וגו 1Sam 8:11 (king subject).
