Qal Perfect 2 masculine singular שָׁמַ֫נְתָּ Deut 32:15 and Imperfect 3 masculine singular וַיִשְׁמַן vDeut 32:15 both of Israel (prosperous and arrogant) under figure of fat beast; so Perfect 3 plural שָֽׁמְנוּ Jer 5:28 (of wicked). Hiph`il Imperfect 3 masculine plural וַיַשְׁמִינוּ Neh 9:25 were sated and shewed fatness (inner causative); Imperative masculine singular הַשְׁמֵן Isa 6:10 make fat (dull, unreceptive), לֵב הָיָם הַוֶּה.
