Hiph`il Imperfect 3 masculine singular וּמְלָכִים יַרְדְּ Isa 41:2 and kings he causeth (him) to dominate; but apocopatic form strange, read יָרֹד (√ רדד q. v.) Ew Di Du; יַחֲרִד ᵐ5 Klo Che.
