Qal Perfect Job 26:12 בְּכֹחוֺ רָגַע הַיָם; Participle construct (Ges^{65d. 116 g. x}), Jer 31:35 = Isa 51:15 רֹגַע הַיָם וַיֶהֱמוּ גַלָּיו. Hiph`il denominative from רֶגַע make a twinkling, only 1 singular Imperfect cohortative וְעַד אִרְגִּ֫יעָה לְשׁוֺן שָׁ֑קֶר and while I would twinkle (= only for a moment: compare Job 20:5) is the false tongue opposed to תִּכּוֺן לָעַד, Prov 12:19 (compare De); and כִּי אִרְגִּ֫יעָה. אֲרִיעֶנּוּ מֵעָלֶיתָ I will twinkle and (= I will in a moment, Ges^{«GKC:120g»§ 120g}; compare Hi) chase them away from it, Jer 49:19 = Jer 50:44. (Ba^{§ 86 as substantive} = רֶגַע, of the very rare type 'aqtîl; ה-; as Ges^{«GKC:90»§ 90} f.)
