Qal Imperfect 3 masculine plural figurative, יִסְעֲרוּ Hab 3:14 they [my foes] storm along to scatter me; Participle active סֹעֵר Jonah 1:11 the sea was growing more and more stormy, so vJonah 1:13 (+ עֲלֵיהֶם); feminine סֹעֲרָה Isa 54:11 storm-tossed (figurative of Jerusalem). Niph`al Imperfect 3 masculine singular וַיִּסָּעֵר 2Kgs 6:11 and the heart of the king . . . was enraged because of (עַלֿ) this thing. Pi`el Imperfect 1 singular suffix וְאֵסָֽעֲרֵם עַלֿ Zech 7:14 (on form see Ges«GKC:23h»§§ 23h, «GKC:52n»52n) and storm them away (hurl them by a storm-wind) upon the nations. Po.
