II. נָשָׁא verb only Niph`al, Hiph`il beguile, deceive; — (kindred with I. שׁוא, from which, however, the forms can hardly be derived (conjectures Wecompare 2. 351)); —

Niph`al Perfect 3 plural נִשְּׁאוּ Isa 19:13 the princes have been beguiled (|| נוֺאֲלוּ, הִתְעוּ).
