Qal Imperfect 3 masculine plural וַיִּנְאֲמוּ נְאֻם Jer 23:31 and they uttered (in the prophetic manner), it as an utterance (of ׳י); they used the prophetic formula (compare ׳אֹמְרִים נְאֻם י Ezek 13:6; Ezek 13:7).
