1. comely, beautiful, of woman Song 1:5; Song 6:4 (|| יָפָה) of face Song 2:14 (מַרְאֶה) so נָוָה Jer 6:2 (figurative of Jerusalem; || מְעֻנָּגָה); of mouth Song 4:3 (|| שְׂפָתוֺת).

2. seemly, of praise תְּהִלָּה Ps 33:1; Ps 147:1 subject שְׂפַתיֶֿתֶר Prov 17:7 (compare Song 4:3); תַּעֲנוּג Song 19:10 כָּבוֺד Song 26:1. So also Ps 93:5 Masora (anomalous feminine) see [נאה] above
