Hiph`il Perfect suffix הדיחנו Kt Jer 51:34 Qr הֱדִיחָ֑נִי but read הִדִּיחני from נדח (Hi, compare Jer 50:17); Imperfect 3 masculine singular יָדִיחַ Isa 4:4 3 masculine plural יָדִיחוּ 2Chr 4:6 + Ezek 40:38 (Co conjecture הַקָּדִים); —
1. rinse, victims to be offered in sacrifice Ezek 40:38, so 2Chr 4:6 (compare above)
2. figurative cleanse by washing Isa 4:4, of removing guilt.
