Hithpa`el Perfect הִתְגַּלַּע Prov 17:14 Imperfect יִתְגַּלָּ֑ע Prov 18:1; Prov 20:3 — disclose oneself, break out, Prov 17:14 subject רִיב; break or burst out in contention, strife Prov 20:3 subject כָּלאֱֿוִיל; similarly Prov 18:1 (followed by בְּ against; Grl.c. proposes יִלְעַג or יַלְעִיג).
